Welcome to LunaWishlist! These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the LunaWishlist mobile application(s) (the “App”) and any related website located at [yourwebsite.com or lunawishlist.com] (collectively, the “Service”), operated by [Your Legal Entity Name / LunaWishlist] (“we”, “us”, or “our”).

  2. Accounts & Firebase Authentication Some features require you to sign in using Firebase Authentication. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. You agree not to share your account or use another person’s account without permission. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for any violation of these Terms.
  3. User Content & Wishlists You may create, save, and share wishlists and related content (“User Content”). You retain ownership of your User Content but grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to store, display, and use it solely to provide and improve the Service (including via Firestore). You promise that your User Content does not violate any law or third-party rights (copyright, trademark, privacy, etc.).
  4. Acceptable Use You agree not to:
    • Use the Service for any illegal, harmful, or abusive purpose
    • Attempt to hack, reverse-engineer, or interfere with the App or Firebase backend
    • Upload viruses, spam, or malicious content
    • Scrape, copy, or commercially exploit the Service without permission
    • Harass other users or post offensive/inappropriate content
  5. Advertisements The App displays advertisements served by Google AdMob, which is our primary source of revenue. By using the App you consent to seeing ads. Ad frequency, placement (including banner at the bottom), and types may change without notice. Your continued use constitutes acceptance of ads.
  6. Intellectual Property The App, design, code, logos, and any non-user content are owned by us or our licensors and protected by copyright and other laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works except as expressly allowed.
